Custom Pool Process
We believe that the final product you receive at the end of the pool building process is the best part of this experience. Unfortunately, there is a process that must come before you can enjoy your beautiful new pool. The building process if often the final stage of an even longer process involving years of dreaming, planning, preparing, and finally deciding to take the plunge. Our goal is to help you though construction as smoothly as possible. We utilize our proven construction and project management method to coordinate every construction phase with award winning customer service and communication with our clients.
1. Consultation
We like to start off our projects at your home. Being a family-owned company, we don't have traditional sales people. Howard, the owner, goes out to all consultation appointments. We will discuss what you are looking for and any preferences you may have. We ask that you have a plot plan and septic plan (if applicable) at the time of the appointment.
2. Design
After the initial consultation, we will create a 3D design of the pool in YOUR backyard. At this phase, you will work one-on-one with one our CAD Designers making adjustments to your rendering until we have created your envisioned backyard oasis.
3. Secure a Spot / Blueprint
Once the design is finalized, we will set a time to get the contract and all other documents signed. We will start the blueprint and permitting process for your project.
4. Construction Phase
Machinery will get delivered and your dream will start to come to life in your own backyard. For more information on our construction process click here.

5. Pool School
When the construction process is finished and the pool is full of water, you are going to school. We will teach you how to operate your equipment and maintain your pool. Showing you the Do's and Don'ts of pool ownership.
6. Swim Time
This is where the fun begins!
