2. Provide a Property Survey (and Septic Survey, if required)

To ensure an accurate and efficient design, we'll need a recent property survey. If your property includes a septic system, a septic survey may also be required to comply with local health and safety regulations.

3. Receive a Custom 3D CAD Design

Our in-house design experts will create a 3D CAD drawing of your home and backyard, so you can visualize your custom pool exactly as it will look.

We include:

• Pool shape and size

• Landscaping and decking

• Outdoor living features (fire pits, spas, water features)

4. Review, Tweak, & Approve Your Dream Design

This is your chance to make it perfect. We'll collaborate with you to tweak every detail - from materials and finishes to layout and features - until your 100% satisfied.

5. Sign the Contact & Reserve Your Build Date

Once you're happy with the final design and proposal, we'll sign the contract and secure your spot on our construction schedule.

6. Pool Construction

The timeline varies based on your project's complexity, but most pools are built within 8 to 12 weeks.
